超棒的減價時間 Unbelievably Good Happy Hour

Brasa每天晚上從五點到七點有減價時間。在酒吧區點一杯飲料即可半價享用所有在酒吧區菜單上的小菜。說是小菜，其實也不小，一人一道吃飽是綽綽有餘。而且酒吧區菜單上的菜色也絕不比餐廳區菜單上的遜色。以我們點的牛排和薯條為例。一份約四到五盎司的牛排配地中海式大蒜美乃滋醬，加上炸的金黃香酥的薯條還附沙拉，減價後才七塊五。那牛排不知是如何處理的，我和朋友一口咬下去後不約而同的嘆到“怎麼那麼好吃？”看起來明明是沙朗﹝瘦肉﹞但吃起來完全沒有印象中沙朗應有的澀、乾、老和多筋，反而非常的多汁和鮮嫩。而那西班牙雞肉海鮮燴飯也是一絕。同樣減價後七塊五，一個小鐵鍋上裝滿了雞肉、明蝦、蚌殼、西班牙式辣香腸和番紅花煲飯，一人絕對吃不完。如果五到七點你人在西雅圖市中心購物區想要找個好料的來吃吃，絕對不要錯過Brasa的減價時間！

Romantic Setting. Great Dine Around Seattle Dinner

We went there for the Dine Around Seattle $30 3-course dinner. I really liked the restaurant's open, dark-toned interior. Paired with dimmed light (great lighting design too!) makes the space very romantic.
I ordered the pork belly for appetizer. Many would find having something so heavy to start a new concept, but I really liked it. The pork belly is not overly fatty (only has thin layers of fat) so it is not overpowering. The softness of the fatty part is sharply contrasted and perfectly complemented by the carmalized-to-a-crisp skin. This was a great way to wet my appetite!
My meal started with a bang but unfortunately the noise died down afterwards. The pork belly set me up with high expectations but my main course, the cod, was nothing out of the ordinary. I did like the bread pudding for dessert though. In my opinion, the restaurant would have done much better to serve the pork belly as a main. It would have forced me to pick something lighter for appetizer and the problem of the let-down after high expectations would have been avoided.
The service was excellent. The server promptly put the bottle of red wine in an ice bucket after my friend complained the wine's temperature was a bit too high. She also helped answer some of my wine questions. We did have some problem with mis-billing at the end of the night, though. The server courteously took care of it and we all shared a laugh about it at the end.
